ICL Board of Directors
The Institute for Community Leadership is governed by a board comprised primarily of representatives from the sponsoring agencies. The Arts Council of Cumberland County is also represented on the board along with Dr. Loleta Foster, the community-at-large member. The board meets twice a year to monitor ICL programs and initiatives.
